This three hour program provides an in-depth overview of the changes between release 3.5 and release 4.0 of the TL 9000 Quality Management System Measurements Handbook. The program is structured to ?bridge the gap? between Release 3.5 and Release 4.0 of the Measurements Handbook by summarizing the key changes and their impact on the organization, its customers, and the audit process.
Participants of this course, whether they are consultants, registrar auditors, internal auditors or members of a TL 9000 registered organization will come away with an understanding of the changes incorporated in the new release of the TL 9000 Measurements and how they will be affected by these changes.
